Your appointments are very important to me. I understand life gets in the way sometimes, so I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling or there is a 50% fee or 100% for no-shows. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and other clients miss the chance to receive services I want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair! Because each service is customized specifically for you, all service payments are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your hair or feel that something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I’m always happy to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, work with you on a solution or adjustment. Thank you for understanding & your continued support <3
